It blocks known adult domains in desktop Chrome, lets you add personal trigger websites, and can be used with local explicit-image blurring and optional accountability. The goal is practical friction: close the easiest browser routes before a difficult moment, then test your setup while you are thinking clearly. HAJR does not claim that every adult site or explicit image will be blocked. Websites change, browser permissions matter, and the Chrome owner can still manage installed extensions. Use it as a browser protection layer inside a wider quitting plan.
