What this does
The short version.
HAJR is a free Chrome porn blocker with an optional accountability layer. You can designate a trusted person's email, complete partner verification, and then enable Strict Mode. When you attempt to turn off selected protections, HAJR can require a short-lived approval code sent to that partner. HAJR can also trigger a partner notification when the extension is removed. This does not make a Chrome extension impossible to disable or uninstall; the browser owner ultimately controls Chrome. The purpose is to make an impulsive change visible and involve someone you intentionally chose, without turning HAJR into a screenshot-monitoring service.

Can my accountability partner stop me uninstalling HAJR?
No. Chrome ultimately allows the browser owner to manage extensions. HAJR adds partner approval around selected settings and can notify the verified partner when the extension is removed.
Does HAJR send screenshots to my partner?
No. HAJR's Chrome accountability is not a continuous screenshot-reporting system. Its current model focuses on approval requests and protection-event notifications.
Is accountability included for free?
Yes. The current HAJR Chrome extension has no billing integration, and its optional accountability features are available without a paid plan.
